Dr. Caroline Crabtree is an accomplished board-certified dermatologist with a comprehensive background in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. A Birmingham native, Dr. Crabtree graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences before earning her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, where she also graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, serving as Vice President. She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where she was selected as Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Crabtree is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society. After practicing in Jackson, Mississippi, Dr. Crabtree has returned to her hometown of Birmingham to continue her commitment to providing excellent dermatologic care to her community.

Outside of the office, Dr. Crabtree embraces a life filled with cherished family moments, exploration, and culinary adventures. She calls Mountain Brook home, where she lives with her husband, Reaves, and their two children. When she isn’t at Village Dermatology, her favorite place to be is at the lake relaxing with her family. With a love for travel, Dr. Crabtree enjoys discovering new destinations and savoring new cuisines, finding joy in sharing these experiences with loved ones.
